David Mercer Consulting is pleased to announce that as part of our Green initiative, you can now pay your invoices via electronic check.

There are three ways in which you can do this:

1) You can have us pay all future invoices directly. See how that works, below.

2) You can have us pay only your recurring invoices (support contract, web hosting, VOIP bill).

3) You can pay the invoice to us right here from the website at the time of your choosing.


If you want to pay via the website on your own time, just click the button below.  Your check will be processed by our ACH processing partner, GreenByPhone, in a secure manner. Their site is tested daily for security.  We will then receive the payment, and credit your account. Please note your invoice(s) in the memo section they give you.

This service is at no cost to you - help us help the planet by eliminating the printed check, envelope, stamp, and the associated hassle and cost. It's better than the billpay system you may use now to send us checks, because they still get mailed out. This process is faster and more efficient, eliminating paper waste entirely.  Do yourself a favor to truly "set and forget" and remove the hassle.

 

If you allow us to process on your behalf, here's how that works:

1) We send you an invoice, just as before.

2) We wait 10 days for you to verify it's correctness.

3) We submit payment via your checking account, using your account information from an original check to us.

4) You get a confirmation that the money has been processed.
